Pre-Operative Instructions

Eat breakfast or lunch on the day of surgery.
Take all medication you would normally take as directed for other medical reasons. Be sure Dr. Paris is aware of all medications you take; including Aspirin, Ibuprofen, vitamin and herbal supplements.
Be sure to wear comfortable, open-collared, loose waisted clothing to the surgery appointment.
Please leave out contact lenses if you wear them.
Prepare several cold packs at home by putting damp wash cloths in small plastic bags and freezing them, or have small bags of frozen peas available.

Insurance

If you have questions on insurance coverage for the surgical procedure planned and have not heard from your insurance company, please call them. Please remember that your contract is between you and your insurance company. As a service to you, we process the claims but can not be responsible for follow up contact with them.
